Mother Goose
Mother Goose

"Mother Goose and Her Friends" is a fast-paced literature program for young children ranging in age from pre-school through first grade.   Mother Goose has appeared in kindergarten and first grade classrooms, libraries, pre-schools, day care centers, and park districts in the Chicagoland area for more than fifteen years.

Full of rhyme, puppetry, and creative dramatics, Mother Goose’s program offers young children the opportunity to interact with a professional story teller and participate in the “magic” of puppetry and nursery rhymes. This program is available year-round.

Mother Nature
Mother Nature

Mother Nature offers short stories that not only highlight "character building" for young children but also encourage little ones to think about the world around them.   With the help of props, puppets, and young volunteers, this 40 minute program keeps audiences engaged and entertained.

Teachers and librarians have used the Mother Nature program to celebrate Earth Day, Arbor Day, and the changing seasons. Autumn stories of owls, scarecrows, and pumpkins offer an alternative for those who do not wish to celebrate Halloween.

If your children enjoyed a visit from Mother Goose, Mother Nature offers another opportunity for children to use their listening skills and imagination.
